Birthday Party Pom Poms

Hello everyone, today I am going to show you how to make your own  inexpensive "Pom Poms" to decorate a child's birthday party or even an adult Birthday party.  Here are some easy instructions to follow:
Hanging Pom-Poms

1. Stack eight 20-by-30-inch sheets of tissue. Make 1 1/2-inchwide accordion folds, creasing with each fold.  Prepare 8 hojas de papel 20 X   30 de regalo y doble en 1 ½ pulgadas, que vaya quedando como una acordion.

2. Fold an 18-inch piece of ribbon , and slip over center of folded tissue; twist. With scissors, trim ends of tissue into rounded or pointy shapes. Corte un pedaso de liston de approximadamente 18 pulgadas y amare el papel en medio, con tijeras puede cortar las puntas de papel en pico, redondo o dejar asi.

3. Separate layersof paper by  pulling away from center one at a time. Separe los pedasos de papel desde el centro de la flor  hacia fuera,

4. You’re ready to hang your beautiful flower, Listo para colgar su flor.
